I am three sessions into the Strawberry.me coaching experience, and it has been a terrific way for me to find clarity in my professional goals and direction. My coach (Shyla) has been a terrific listener and reflective practitioner. Long term goal setting and weekly action steps have encouraged personal growth and refinement. Strawberry has been easy to use and a great straightforward portal for messaging with my coach. The price is reasonable! At this moment in my life/career, it has been a real benefit to me.

I found Strawberry.me in the very nick of time. I had deadlines for grad school applications and a big exam coming up. Going back to school after over 7 years in the workforce, my head was full of worries and hesitations that were keeping me in analysis paralysis. My counsellor not only listened to my concerns, but expertly helped me organize my thoughts and challenge my assumptions. In just one month, my applications are well underway and I’ve even applied for a couple other positions. I also passed my exam with flying colors! I couldn’t have done it without the kickstart from Strawberry.

My coach is phenomenal and invested in helping me succeed. I’ve seen progress in myself in just one month. It is a good idea to change coaches at the beginning however if you are not connecting. Strawberry’s customer service was accommodating and even provided me a credit for the week I spent with the coach that was not a good match initially. I ended up with an amazing coach, intelligent, insightful, Harvard graduate, and genuine.

I have really benefited from this experience. It has helped me to clarify my goals and envision what future I want for myself. The price per session is really reasonable for the long term career benefits it can lead to.

Speaking with a career coach about recent turmoil at work really help me put my situation into perspective so I could think about next steps. I highly recommend it! It was like therapy for my professional life.

I'd say single most important thing is the talent and the want to help others. I have to say Courtney was absolutely stellar, and by far some of the best coaching experiences that I have had. The second most important thing is for your algorithms to match the right coach for the right person. I am just a small sample, but I think whatever algorithm you applied worked well for me.

Brittany is a grounded, thoughtful coach who’s helped me rethink how I approach my career. Over the past few months she’s been a steady source of clear-eyed advice and she's helped me step back, get perspective, and identify strategies I can put into action. Her guidance is practical and I appreciate our conversations and can't wait to keep pushing my career with her.

This was my first time using a working with a professional coach and am so glad I did. My coach was amazing, she kept me focused and helped me identify the root cause for my blockers. These are life skills that I will continue to develop.
