The coach is great. The platform needs to be better. There is no easy way to go to any account management page, there is no app no clear website. It seems quite basic.

I was matched well with a coach. Having the option of flexible scheduling and the ability to stack sessions is realistic for me to stay on track.

Great coaching platform, easy to use and they have connected me with the right coach that is caring, empathetic and supportive and keeps me accountable.

Fantastic experience with the customer support team at strawberry.me, and with their coaching team. I have been working with Christine for the last month now and she has been nothing but patient, attentive, supportive, and has helped me think through my roadblocks. She even follows up with detailed notes, and relevant links for my area of work. Love working with them. Special mention to Sahar from their customer support team who turned me from an irate customer to a supporter! I had a billing mishap with them but Sahar went all out to ensure that my issue was resolved with minimal stress.

Susan my coach is really good and awesome to work with. She's a pleasure and the reason I'm continuing. The admin side of the company needs some work. You have to grind your fingers into tiny numbs to have a conversation with the customer service side. There is no customer service phone and you have to communicate by email. The response is good, just have to wait (over night) and a phone conversation would really clear up misunderstandings. Hate the automatic withdrawal.

Working with my coach Bridget Ornelas has been a GAME CHANGER! For the first time in a long time, I’m daring to dream again. My life has taken a turn and I know the shift started with her. My ONLY issue, is that strawberry.me only has once a month sessions. For me, that’s not enough. Weekly is too much to commit to with my single mom schedule. For the price, I’d love bi-weekly appts. If there were bi-weekly appt, I’d rate your guys all the stars!
