My coach (Calle) is kind and supportive and ENERGIZING. Job hunting can be so discouraging, but now I feel motivated and almost optimistic! :)

Strawberry has helped me change the way I approach and relate to other people, instead of focusing on how they need to change. She gives me space to think and figure things out for myself, while also having a real gift for understanding and defining interpersonal dynamics in a very sharp and thoughtful way. We have focused a lot on the personal side of life, which has also led to major professional gains. My best advice to anyone working with Allexis is to be brave, trust her fully, and be completely honest. That is when you get the most out of her coaching.

This was a tailored service . The caching was great and their system is top shelf. I would know as I am a coach myself. I really appreciated my time and the shifts that I was able to make.

I believe there is a coach here for everyone, but my advice is to try out with one coach to see if you two are aligned, and then choose a different one if needed. I like that the website provides the various skillsets each coach has.

Elizabeth is great at listening and reverberates the information back to me allowing me to see the changes I need to make.

My coach was exceptional, helped me stay accountable and asked questions that kept my momentum in my job search. She helped me build confidence in narrowing my focus on a certain industry and role as well as what type of goals I had for what my day to day would look and feel like. We worked on scripts for networking and even resources to build skills to round out my experience. Definitely recommend. Worth every bit of my time and commitment.

The coach! Super easy to sign up and my coach is the absolute best, answers promptly and well. Has helped me with significantly after just a few classes.
