It is a real scam before you even started. They tell you try our service for free, but somehow, when you do that, they give themselves permission to charge your card hundreds of dollars. When you ask for your money back, they give you excuses, and until you threaten them, they won't give you your money back. They are in the mental health business, and there is no excuse for that.

I heard about this company on a Stanford Business School podcast. This company does not have a phone number for customer service. If you have questions about scheduling and billing that need to be resolved, you'll need to have those conversations solely via email with a billing person or a bot (not sure). The coach has nothing to do with billing.

BEWARE. They charge you on a recurring basis REGARDLESS of whether you have your meetings. They will not give you a single dollar back. Slip up once and they will rob you. I would find other services

Coach followed a scripted process instead of listening. He asked the same question three times when I said I don’t know. When I gave honest feedback, he exited the relationship rather than adapting. He was not equipped for complex cases.

I’ve been unable to login for weeks since they don’t use a traditional password login and their system is just super buggy, and they keep billing me. I reached out to customer service to cancel this and stop billing me, but they refuse! Maybe it’s fine while you use it, but the moment you want to stop, they won’t let you go. Extremely scammy, never sign up for a subscription in the first place!

My coach was hugely helpful to me. The problem is with billing. They describe your sessions with coaches as "sprints" based on a certain number of sessions per month. What the don't make clear is that even on months when you don't have time to meet with your coach as often, they will charge you the same price

Beware. There is no cancel button. I have been charged for months and haven’t used the service since the trial period. I still have no job and am being charged $140/month for nothing. Cannot cancel!

Pretty self-opinionated, insensitive coach. Prepetually deflects responsibility to coach by stating 'don't rely on me for improvement.' Emotional health strugglers require concrete emotional support, including from a "personal coach." Not constant evasion of responsibilities, and petty finger pointing for being absent to a single session. Bedside manner rating for my coach is a Zero. It comes down to these personal coaches don't share empathy for their clients who simultaneously might be patients that are emotionally, spiritually, and/or mentally bleeding and hurting.
