DO NOT BUY AT KIOSKS! I was impressed by the products at the kiosk and all the salesperson kept throwing in "for free". I NEVER should have bought anything. I thought there was no harm because I could just leave everything unopened and come back the next day to return it if the buyer's remorse stayed, which it did! This stuff is expensive! I was NEVER told that I couldn't return anything. No mention of 'all sales final' or anything like that. I only kept agreeing to upgrade & buy more because I thought I, as the customer, would be protected with my purchase and able to return and get refunded if necessary. Now, I am out 800 dollars and can't get my money back! I was going to return all the extras and refund everything except my initial purchase of the straightener. It was all I needed. Now I'm broke and feel stupid for getting scammed. Not happy at all!

.I wish I would have looked at the reviews 1st. The 1 we came home with definitely isn't what they used on my daughter's hair. Paid $180 and it's not terrible. It actually does heat up really hot and works really good, it's just not what we thought we were bringing home. So I urge people 2compare the 1 they r giving u 2the 1 they use b4 u buy. I'm not really mad just disappointed in the company that has their name on this product and they are ok with these sales people not giving paying customers what they thought they paid 4.

I agree that it's a SCAM. VERY PUSHY SALESPERSON. OBVIOUSLY she sold mean different straightener because this in will not even straighten my hair. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I can't even use the one I paid over $100.00 for at West Town Mall Knoxville

If I could I would give this a 0 out of 5, I went to a kiosk in Arundel Mills Mall and the straightener doesn’t even heat up!!! Like this is the biggest Scam! So pissed that I can’t even distribute the refund through my bank because this Scam company put no refunds, before you buy a product always look for reviews and take this from a licensed cosmetologist!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM and if I had a choice I would not even rate this a one today me and twin sister went to the mall for our birthday we got stoped by a lady at a kiosk talking about a “straightener” she tried it out on my head for one strand and made it look BEAUTIFUL! so I call my mom telling her like I think it’s worth it not even knowing a price.. like had me sold like a fool fast forward they say 170$ And then told me 99$ Because that was the last day they were selling them! so I was like alright get home and it’s takes me FOUR hours to do my hair and normally it take me 1 hour and 45 minutes! and let me tell you it looks like straight CRAP so yea SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT BUY IT waste of money!!!!

Honestly my sister did not like the hair straightener they had and gave it to me and I used to collect the little package serum and became obsessed with it, with the oil and the hair straight it really made my hair look naturally straight! No poof or square head (I have curly hair like 3a/3b)

Scam I wasted 139.99 on this iron and wanted the silky shine. Don’t buy this!
