DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I was trying to refrain from coming on here and tried emailing them but got no response! The straightener that was used on my hair is not the same as the one i was sent home with. He curled a half of my head and left it so i picked up the straightener to straighten it back how i had it and he flipped out and said he would do it and it didn’t click until i opened my straightener that it was because the company is a complete scam! I spent over 400 dollars on this rip off product and i can not believe these people are okay with ripping people off! It is disgusting and disappointing and I am beyond furious with this company!!!

I purchased two Bionic Pro's and one Pro Glider today from Opry Mills Mall.. Spent way MORE MONEY THAN THEY ARE WORTH... Got home excited to try it out and reality... CHEAP MADE.. They pulled my hair every time it was ran through my hair... WOULD love a refund because these are CRAP... Sorry NOT sorry.

I am so shocked to see so many negative reviews. I used to work at one of these kiosk and they literally sell genuine products! I still use that flat iron today. Everyone’s hair I tried it on was such a great result and they all loved it too. Plus if they break there’s a lifetime warranty. These flat irons use infrared so they can style 2 times and fast with 1/2 the heat. Stays a long time.

The reviews are 100% accurate. I purchased the SA straightener at the mall and when I got home and opened the box it was a straightener as cheap as a $20 straightener I own. The plates literally snagged pieces of my hair out. The material was extremely cheap. It's no wonder they refuse to refund. They know they are scamming people.

This is not what they try and make you think it is. The product pro Glider 2.0 is garbage. It does not work and the company refused to refund the 249.00 paid. Lots of claims with the BBB as well. We need to file a class action lawsuit and get our money back.

I have the Proglider 2.0 and I LOVE it! I purchased it at a teacher's convention in Canada a couple years ago and it still works amazingly. What an amazing product.

Very disappointing! It doesn’t heat. It isn’t the same as the one they used in the mall. Penalties should be charged to the seller!

Beware Mall Vendors!! Flat Iron!! Went to My local mall kiosk in Arundel Mills Mall Maryland I was SCAMMED the straightener in my box is just awlful for the $349.00 I was charged. What A Scam! I almost died when opening the box too see this plastic iron that when you use not even lines up and wiggles left to right. Was told life time warranty. My issue you can not get refund and I believe this sales person over charged me extremely!!! Was very pushy trying get me bye bye bye and then grab my credit card quickly charge my card hand bag walk away. By time I noticed the charge outside mall. I see on receipt no return. No chargeback can be done refund through my bank because this Scam company put no refunds on receipt they slip into warranty flyer. BEWARE OF MALL VENDOR Kiosk SCAM!!! Awlful Product given!!! SCAM CHARGING $349.00 for This product!!!
