The sales people are very aggressive and pushy. However, the SA hair straightener and SA serum are amazing products. I was talked into purchasing a Le Chic Caviar serum after requesting the SA brand and I am not impressed with this brand. Would have preferred the SA brand serum as it works wonders on my hair health and shine. Fast talkers about the product being better was an expensive mistake.

I was very pleased with this item at first until it just blew up when I plugged in a year after I bought it for $189 try to get in touch with the company never responded

I do agree that the products are overpriced. And I agree that the kiosk salespeople are extremely pushy. My mother did not get the product she thought she was getting and was very upset. But two products were used on her hair and she didn’t check what she was getting. However my daughter and I got the exact product used on our hair and I feel we got a great deal. I was sold two straighteners, a comb. And a hair serum for $199. My mom was sold a hair heated brush thing with a shampoo and conditioner for $99. I checked the products and compared to what she used on our hair before buying. I got an email receipt right away as did my mom. The straightener is wonderful, the best I’ve ever owned. It lasts gif several days and also ringlet curls very easily. The shampoo, conditioner, and hair serum are amazing and the only thing that made my hair soft. I would buy again for sure. As with anything from a salesperson you just have to check and make sure you know what you are purchasing. I only gave 3 stars because of the cost and pushiness.
