Scam
Run! I was shopping at the Ontario Mills Mall and this lady kept pressuring me, wouldn’t let me leave. She kept lowering the price and I kept saying no I’m not interested and then she had her son come and I felt forced to purchase.

Aggressive sales rep
Sales rep forced me over to her kiosk and started curling my hair with no notice and was ripping out my hair and not only wasted my time then but wasted the time I spent on my hair that morning

Straight Ahead hair straightener 👎
Straight Ahead hair straightener is the worst I have ever bought. I purchased mine from a little shop in the Holyoke mall and was giving discount after discount until I through I was actually giving a deal. It’s all a scam for sure. The original is $370 and I accepted a price of $180… if the straightener is that valuable how is the price able to be sliced in half basically? Also the Major RED FLAG I should have thought about in the moment and walked away from it was the “NO REFUND POLICY” your telling me I can’t return a straightener but I can go and return underwear no problem. 🫤🤔 The straightener worked alittle better on my daughters virgin hair but on my color treated, thick and curly hair is absolutely pathetic. I now resorting back to my $40 straight I bought off of Amazon that still works good after 5 years. I thought I was making a good investment in my hair but was horribly wrong.

Straight Ahead Flat Iron - Waste of money!
I bought a Straight Ahead flat iron. The woman that sold it to me said you can return it at anytime and it has a lifetime warranty. I brought it home, tried it and it pulled a bunch of my hair out. I tried to return it. I called, emailed, messaged kn the website and they refused to return it. It's junk, it's more harmful than anything. I would not recommend anyone even try this brand hair products. It's a huge waste of money!

Rude salespeople
The SA salespeople at the malls are unbelievably rude and obnoxious. How can one of these items priced at $125 go as low as $29 with their rude way of lowering the price to scam people into believing in their product? Even telling this person that I was not interested in purchasing she went as low as $29 and when I said no she demanded that I leave in a very rude and disrespectful way that I did not appreciate, I was not the one asking for information but was pulled into their little kiosk.

BEWARE
Scammed the crap out of me at the mall. Paid $150 for a piece of trash that you could buy at a dollar store. This company needs to be shut down and sued

Total scam
Total Scam lol Im very lucky my partner understands the law well because we were able to get it refunded after i was pressured into buying the hair straightener by the sales assistant, she curled my hair showing that the product she had worked. She then lowered the price from $300 to $99. She assured me it would last until my next wash, but when we came back 30 minutes later to return it (after reading reviews) my hair was completely straight again LOL If this has happened to you tell them that it is illegal in the USA (or at least in rhode island) to not offer a refund if the product is faulty. We were also lucky that we are from the UK and its very easy to get money back if you've been scammed so we were able to threaten them with that :)
