Worst experience ever! The product is substandard, do not buy this product!!! I have been calling customer service, no one will call me back, surprise, surprise!

There's nothing to add that hasn't already been said, just affirming that StoveGuard really, really sucks! A version from Temu can be cut to fit as StoveGuard claims theirs are!

Don’t waste your money. Not a custom fit as advertised. It buckles and food easily gets underneath. I contacted Stoveguard. And sent them a photo and they sent me another. First time I used it, it buckled. They have 2 qualities, and I purchased the better quality for $106.00. A complete waste of money. Flimsy and cheap. What a rip off.

No one ever calls you back. Call all you want, no one is there. Employee Faith Hauser promised to correct a shipping mistake and did not follow through. Cannot get anyone to respond to me. So sad.

Product arrived rolled up in a box and does not sit flat or fit the model of Thermador stove we ordered for. Called and emailed Stoveguard customer service to send the product back to get a refund however, they never answered or responded to my multiple emails. Had to call my credit card company to file a complaint to get reimbursed. I would not recommend or order again.

If I can give a 0 star I would. The worstttt customer service and their products dont work at all. It is a scam,DONT BUY EVER!!!

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT'S QUALITY AND ALMOST 100% NEGATIVE REVIEWS I AM SURPRISED. THE COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS. FINALLY, I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT SPEND $$$ ALSO.IT MAY HAVE HELPED THE OWNER'S FAMILY BUT REMEMBER WHAT GO'S ARE AROUND COMES AROUND.

This is a very cheap product. Doesn't cover very well. Paid around 45.00 and it's not as advertised. Disappointed.
