SCAM COMPANY!!! I ordered the StoveGuard Pro to upgrade from our previous Stove Guard product. Below are photos of what I was supposed to receive and what was delivered after MONTHS of waiting. I contacted StoveGuard (Matthew McCarthy) 7 times, and I was ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! (I welcome a public Reply here to explain StoveGuard's side of the issue.)

Placed and fully paid for order in June 2026. Four months later this still has not been delivered. Numerous emails haven't been answered and their customer service phone number says “not accepting calls at this time…” save your money and time and take your business elsewhere. I have contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to get my money back - almost $270 for their stoveguard Pro

I ordered a stove guard pro over 2 months ago and have not heard a peep. I reached out to them after they went past the first deadline and I was told they were working on the order well we are a month and a half past that date and have not received anything and I can not get a hold of anyone. They don't return my emails.

I ordered my Stoveguard less than a year ago and it fit well. Near the burner that I use often, the edge has melted. I contacted the company and the reply that I got was they were going to replace the unit. I waited for a while (not as long as the original delivery)and once it arrived, I realized that the one they sent to me is not at all like the one I originally ordered. The material was off, it didn’t lay flat on the stove, the holes were not cut properly (my original one the holes were round and this replacement were egg shaped and not going in correct directions). I have emailed, tried calling (number on website doesn’t work) and emailed again, no response. I do think I have been taken for my money and I would not recommend this company at all - Lesson learned!! Buyer beware!! (If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I bought stove guard pro a month back. Now, this was my 3rd one. I was fine with my earlier purchase of stove guards. The recent one, is different. They said it is better. But as soon as i replaced old one and turned on my stove, i found some white material on it and around my burner. I took a picture and sent to customer support. A week later i noticed it is burnt and created hole. I took another picture and sent. I followed up three times after that with no response, now a month plus. I called several times, it immediately play a message to leave information and they will call back, which they never did. I am looking for some legal path now.

I have about a dozen Emails back and forth trying to get some sort of acceptable resolution on a clearly ongoing incorrect sizing issue with the metal protective rings that come with this product.....and rather than fix the issue properly, their solution is offer a messily $25 on a $300 product that looks shoddy and incomplete. This is clearly a factory / shipping issue that will come up again for the next person who orders one of these with the same model of stove. This company's leadership, and quality control is very poor. I have even offered to set aside some of my own time to video conference with proper company stakeholders to help them fix this issue.....And no response for three weeks now.

I had previously purchased a Stove Guard for my GE Profile cooktop. The fit and quality was perfect. When I upgraded to my Wolf cooktop, I noticed the quality was substandard. More of a rubbery substance than the original. Once I used my stove for the first time, it caught FIRE! Not good. I've submitted for a refund. Let's see how they stand by their product.

After 6 weeks of no one being able to tell me when my PRO cover would ship, i tried to cancel the order. No response from company. They are selling a $ 300 high end product, and think their customers are FOOLS ! Horrible non existent customer service. They never answer you, and if they do, they tell you NOTHING. I had to file a credit card dispute to get a refund !
