Got product, cut outs are right but forgot to take into account the 2 ridges in middle of stove. This raises it up and most stuff runs under it. I have called , left vms. Emailed , no response from then at all

Cant believe i paid $100 for a sheet that doesn't even cover the entire surface of the stove. What's the point in just covering the center and not the sides? Could have gotten a sheet like that at Bed Bath and Beyond and cut it myself.

Ordered one of these a couple years ago and wanted to reorder. Found the model recommended/matching stovetop model number. Guard was delivered (ordered the premium), wrong size. Called customer number, no answer, twice, left messages, no response. Email response was curt, charged me for a custom order, which I didn’t understand. Also, it cost me $30 to return. The response to the expensive return was “ you could have opted for a return label”, which is why I left messages so I might obtain a return authorization. Never again.

I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. After finding out if you're trying to return it they not only charge you $15 just because you changed your mind, but it costs over $51 to return the product in the original packaging. The product came completely bent because it was just tossed in an over sized box. After dealing with this company I know why they use such a large box because they don't want you to send it back. If I returned the item I'd receive maybe $30 from a $107 purchase? What kind of honest company does that? Oh and on top of this, the product shipping was over a month late. I'd recommend not supporting this company.

It fit just fine, but was ineffective. Liquid spills would find their way under it requiring that we clean the stovetop anyway. Didn’t make much sense so we stopped using it.

Just received Stoveguard for our Thermador range top. Not only does it not fit and cover the range top as promised, but also it DOES NOT MATCH the photo on the website for my selected part number! Tried calling customer service four times today and a few other times previously but never get a call back. No one ever answers the phone. Stoveguard wants to charge me a restocking fee and I have to pay return shipping! Where is accountability and integrity in web sales? Clearly not here! Minimal customer support with a return phone call would be nice.

The website lists only model number for the stoveguard and no dimensions of the product. So if you order based on model no. it may still come wrong since the stoveguard are made according to the serial no. Nowhere on their website they specify that. so if you get the order wrong they charge $15 for exchange. This is ridiculous! They should provide space to write the serial no. for the customers and specify dimensions. Very poor customer service!!

Definitely not worth even close to the 60 bucks we paid for that cheap, flimsy piece of crap they sent us. Nothing like that thick one they show on TV. If I would have been allowed to see the one we were getting before the purchase, I would not have paid 19.99 for it. Save your time and money. Not worth it. JUNK.
