To put it blunt!!! It sucks. So flimsy every time you take it off, everything falls off. So does not save on cleaning. Only good thing positive I can say about it is, is it does keeps some of the service clean but not up at the burners. Waste of money!!!!!!!!

This product is flimsy and wrinkled all up, looks terrible for $60. Called company they would not stand behind it, said they would give me a %15 discount on new one. Don't waste your money

ordered 4 of the product. we have a an 8 burner stove and I wanted to protect the sides and rear from splatter and food falling. product didn't fit our stove properly, as the counters are not exactly even. the rubber also extended too far towards the flames. wrote for a refund. sent pictures. NO ANSWER NO REFUND

I purchased a stove guard mat years ago, it was really very good, now it is old & I called & purchased a new one. When it was received it was smaller than the original. Old size 17 in X 24 in. The new one is 14 1/2 in X 21 1/2 in. I called & they said they made a design change. I asked for a refund, they said no because they can not provide me with the original size. Also to return it they want a restocking charge, why it is not the right product? I asked if they had a piece of material & I would cut out the holes. They have a piece 17 in X 25 in. Again I asked for an refund, answer they gave is cut up the original one they sent, send a photo, they will ship the other at no charge, Sounds good; not really I spent $59.66 for the one I bought & they plain piece is $34.99, that is a difference of over $26.00 with tax. It also took many telephone calls & emails to get an answer. As of this moment, I will keep the new one, use it somewhere, & purchase the oven material from Walmart or Amazon at half the price with no shipping charge. Very disappointing, they never said they changed the size, & customer service was little help for the consumer.Don't Use them.

I purchased this product, used it for 1 week, now in the landfill! It turned streaked when cleaned. Melted when boiling water hit it, cheese Melted into it. Customer service is nonexistent.... Emailed and phone calls. Response 3 weeks later. To do nothing! Send it back on my dime and may replace it.

This product is a waste of money!!! you have to clean the stove twice, and the God loses its loss very quickly. Do not buy!!'

It was supposed to be one piece I thought like it is is the commercial but mine came in three pieces. Lousy
