We purchased the silver stove guard & we’re excited to have a product that would help keep the cooktop surface clean longer. To our dismay, what happened was the product created moisture under its surface and the moisture etched our cooktop. It looked like rust, which we couldn’t remove but when you feel it, it feels rough. Our cooktop is only 5 years old and now we’re faced with replacing it because it looks awful. Do not buy this product. You will regret spending the money and you may end up having to replace your appliance.

This product leaves a 1” gap around all of your burners, even though it is advertised as custom fit. It allows liquids and foods to get underneath the cover, making the job tougher when it comes time to clean your stove. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We ordered this product April 14. We had to leave town for over two months for my wife's work on April 24. The product had not arrived as promised within 5 business days. When we did arrive back home and opened the product, it neither fit correctly nor seemed durable OR looked okay over the stainless steel of our cooktop. In sum, it is a flimsy, inefficient product that cost a whopping $79.99! The company refused to offer a full refund because we were out of the 30 day window. AND they required me to pay return shipping! Subpar all around.

I contacted stove guards customer service. I was informed I was out of my warranty on the so-called cooktop cover. When they told me that I did send back a reply, saying wow I don’t have what I paid for, and it lasts less than two years. It’ll then they claimed that they didn’t know since it was a new product how long it would last! this was an expensive piece of junk that buckles right away and it took me a while to because I kept trying to fix it. I kept trying to flatten it and so I obviously ran out my warranty. I paid $99. I received a snarky response claiming that they have no idea how long this “new” material would last!!!!!! Terrible company and not helpful at all.

This is a decently made product other than the fact that 2 of the 6 cut outs don't fit the burners. It appears as if the 2 cut outs are about 1/2 inch too low (large opening on bottom with overlap on the burner ring on the top). This is a large, expensive stove & doubt they get many requests for this one, so we suspected their template may be off. My husband reached out to customer service & included pictures of the well fitting burners & the ill fitting burners. After confirming that the correct cover was ordered for our Electrolux 6 burner stove, he was told that because the burners are "adjustable" that it's not a defect in the cover. In order to get a refund we would need to chop it up & send it back to them. The burners are absolutely NOT adjustable & it appears this company just doesn't want to fix their template & improve their product. Since they are on back burners & disguised by the cast iron grates, we'll keep it because it's still better than nothing, but we won't be purchasing again from them. Sad, really, because it seems like a well made product. But poor customer service & an unwillingness to fix their own templates is a sure fire way to lose business.

Didn't fit my stove although I did send the correct model number. Quality was poor as well. I am sending back and hoping for a speedy refund of my $54.00.

This company has very bad customer services. Took weeks to get a return organised and after over a month still have not got a refund. Quick to sell slow to sort problems. I would look elsewhere if you can.

Love this product. Is is exactly as described and fits my stove PERFECTLY!! Highly recommend this to everyone!
