What an utter disappointment this product is. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading. They make it look like nearly the entire surface of the stove is covered, but for my range probably only 50% is covered. It's a complete ripoff. Had I paid $50, I might be ok with it. But for $300? Not even close. I opened the box and actually said "that's it?" And now they are charging me $15 plus I have to pay shipping to return it. Do not be convinced by their ads, and do not waste your money.

We purchase our product in July 2025. (PO # available upon request). In general, we were happy with the product's delivery, fit and performance for a while. Then areas closest to the flames started to deteriorate, then to catch fire. When contacting their helpdesk, I could document the order date, when my check cleared but not the exact delivery date. It lasted just as long as the warranty period, give or take a week . Their offer to "assist in resolving the issue" was to sell me a new one at full price. No thank you.

Inferior product. Does Not holdup to range burner heat. Item deteriorated within 2 weeks of very limited use. Melted and flaked apart. Warranty (14 days) is worthless and Misleading. Customer Service defends inferior material construction. Arrogant and does not respect Customers.

Terrible product. Fit was not nearly even close to my Wolf oven. At $300 I was expecting better quality-simply not worth it. Customer Service is whole other issue- it is as bad as the product. I returned my product promptly- followed all the necessary steps for a return- that was in May. No refund received, no responses to emails requesting status. I had to engage my credit card company to open an investigation. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please avoid what I whave gone through and NOT buy this product.

I’m really disappointed with the product. It didn’t match the photos at all. It was too small for my stove and didn’t cover much of it. For the price, I was hoping for something better and of higher quality. I tried to return it, but they said I couldn’t. I had to cut it into four pieces, send photos showing how it was broken, and then they could process the refund. They also mentioned that they couldn’t refund the shipping costs and that they charge $15 for design reasons. If you’re considering buying it, I suggest checking out other options.

The StoveGuard Pro is a joke. The fit looks like it was made by a middle school design class, or someone who had never seen the range that the product was designed for. Of the 3 sections, one is visibly shorter than the other two. The cutouts for the burners on all three sections for all 6 burners are slightly oblong, not circular, and the cutouts are not centered around the burners. The company's help desk states their design team did this purposefully due to burners being hotter on one side than the other. If this was the case, how should it be orientated on the range? No instructions for this were provided. Currently going through the refund process, which, thankfully, is working as advertised-so far. I sent the required 3 photos and was informed the design is correct. I asked for a refund and was emailed a shipping label. If everything goes according to plan we will be out the $15 "design fee" which I guess is a fairly cheap lesson for us. This company should not be in business. This is not a "Premium Product", it is a cheap piece of silicone material, cut to unknown specifications that does not properly fit.

I would love to review my StoveGuard Pro, but I can’t. The company never sent it to me. I ordered the StoveGuard Pro to replace my old, regular StoveGuard, with which I was very happy. My old StoveGuard had begun to curl up on the edges and I wanted more protection for my stovetop. I ordered a new StoveGuard Pro on 15 February 2026 and waited until 15 June (121 Days) to finally cancel my order for non-delivery. All my inquiries were met with indifference and excuses stating that they could not give me a date when I would receive my order because of either, “a controlled production schedule” or that “orders are secured through controlled allocation and released in scheduled stages”. When I canceled my order and requested a refund, it took StoveGuard another 28 days to post the refund to my credit card. That is my story about 149 days of frustration and disappointment. Do with this what you will.

They took my deposit, twice on 4/28/2026 for a Stove Guard Pro! Said the product would be delivered in June. Still no product, they won't return phone calls and I'm unable to get my money returned!
