I ordered my stove covers on Jun 6, 2026 and have still not received them as of today, 9/8/26. I have called several times and keep getting the run around. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

At first my experience with Stoveguard was good. I made a mistake with my original order, and they graciously sent me the correct mats. However, upon first use, the mats caught fire (no grease or oil was even a factor yet, just temperature). Initially the support team was helpful and said they would send it to the refund team, but after 4 or 5 email attempt, months of waiting, and them reassuring me, I had to initiate a chargeback.

Stoveguard commercial is deceptive! Product looks good on a Youtube video BUT is not at all the fit and quality portrayed. I received mine and 1 day later, returned it. They were good about sending me a UPS return label, BUT, dragged their feet getting the refund issued. I finally had to dispute it through my credit card company. Advice: Don't purchase and get a way cheaper silicone liner from Amazon. Avoid the headache!

I too have had a horrible experience with StoveGuard. I bought the overly priced StoveGuard grip for my gas stove. It fit perfectly till it caught on fire in the middle burner. Luckly we were in the kitchen, it was very scary how this could have been out of control fast. I was furious that I bought a 150.00 stove liner so called restaurant quality?!?. I thought if it is great quality and will last longer that 3 years I will give it a try. The last liner I bought from them about 3 years ago when they only sold their product on Amazon it never caught on fire. It worked great. The quality has gone down to a junk, but the price is tripled. Customer service said that same thing to me about an oversized pot causing the fire. I called BS on that answer. Then they tell me that I need to use the metal rings around the burners. They don't fit! After going around and around with them for weeks. Finally, I am getting a refund they say. Horrible experience!

It caught on fire and they blamed me for using too big of a pot. Customers service refused a refund claiming that their reasoning was that it was outside of their 14 day return policy. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or give this company any money.

My original order was placed mid April 2026. Product came in mid June and didn't fit. Contacted help desk immediately and discovered they sent the wrong one. Requested it be remade and now mid August and nothing from them. Terrible service all the way around. Filed a BBB complaint against them. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them.

Unfortunately, my experience with StoveGuard Pro has been extremely disappointing and, more importantly, concerning from a safety standpoint. The first set we received caught on fire around the middle burner. We contacted the company, and they replaced it. We gave the product another chance, but the replacement also caught on fire. After months of contacting the company and requesting a refund—and being told we would receive a full refund—we instead received a third set. We decided to try it one final time. Within approximately four minutes of use, the third set caught on fire as well. In all three instances, we observed the same problem: the heat caused the material to rise or lift upward until it came into contact with the burner flame and ignited. After having this happen three separate times with three different sets, I cannot recommend this product. I will give StoveGuard Pro credit for one thing: the guards did fit our stove properly. Unfortunately, a good fit means very little when our experience resulted in the product catching fire three times. Based on our experience, this product presents a serious safety concern, and we will not be using it again.

Received order of Teflon Stoveguard (SG) range protector ($149). Recommended by company to withstand normal high heat form burners. Used item on range 2 times after delivery. Normal cooking spill near edge of burner cover deteriorated. Contacted SG with pictures. Their "Warranty" is 14 days. Is that a realistic warranty period? Contacted SG who refuses to stand behind their product DEFECT
