StorPlace Self StorageReviews of storplaceselfstorage.com

I went to SPSS on Old Hickory Blvd., in Nashville, on a windy, rainy day and the two ladies working there made my day. Alicia and Teresa explained everything about the storage unit and the pricing structure to me in easy to understand detail. They worked with me to get a good price. I really liked them and their personalities. On subsequent visits Teresa has helped me get everything finalized. I think the thing that I liked best is that both Alicia and Teresa seemed to care about my situation. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. We moved everything in last weekend without a hitch.

Great Location, Super Clean facility. Manager Dustin is very helpful!!

For a short answer - I feel secure!

Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this place.

The attendant on duty was very helpful when I went to rent a storage unit and showed me the actual unit so I could determine if it was big enough. That was very helpful! She was professional and polite. The only thing that could have been better is we loaded a 26 ft truck into a unit and had to utilize the freight elevator with every load and the moving company asked her for the main key so we could control the elevator and she said we couldn't have it since one other person was loading as well. However, there are two elevators. This made our moving day drag on longer than necessary.

Kelly at StorPlace was awesome to work with. She took care of everything and was very pleasant. She made this a great experience.

Nice staff, well organized, and grounds nearly maintained.

Once I finally went into the facility the customer care was awesome. My challenge came in getting someone to respond to my request (and payment) I submitted online...I had to reach out after week to get the process going. Facility is clean and looks secure.
