The only thing I would change is the price. Everything else was perfect.

I was able to rent a storage space quickly at a reasonable price. They worked with me so that the storage space was just what I needed. A minor problem involving the lock was quickly solved and I was able to put all my things in storage in a short time and be on my way.

I moved to Nashville from Chattanooga July 4th weekend. We ended up running late and we arrived as the employees were literally closing up. The manager (I believe her name was Jennifer) opened back up for us and got us a unit and saved the day. If she hadn't I would have been stuck with a U-Haul full of stuff all weekend from Saturday until Tuesday when they next would open up.

Facility is clean and light. Layout is good. Katie is amazing - one of the kindest ladies I have ever met! I can't say enough nice things about her. You guys are lucky to have her on the team.
