They were very helpful when I first rented my unit, explained every thing very carefully. I rented two units initially thinking that I would need that much and only needed one. They prorated the month for the second unit so I only paid for the few days that I had it. Every person that I've spoken to or worked with has been pleasant and friendly.

Very friendly office staff that answered all my concerns. The facility is clean throughout and well lighted. I like the level of security they have.

I have had units in many places and have to say that the location is great! The facility is good and I have no problems with. The place is clean and that is what I am looking for to store my items. I do think that the staff is not near as friendly as Mallory Station and other places I have used in the past. I am here based on convenience! When you offer a deal online for 1/2 off the first months rent - you should give it - no exceptions!

I was running late to work when I went in to sign the lease for my storage unit. I was very clearly stressed out when they told me that the signing process would take about 30 minutes. I told them that this was the only time that I had to sign the lease and wouldn't be able to make it back during office hours before I needed to move in. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!! They were literally running to get all the paperwork typed and signed. With their compassion and customer service, I was able to sign the lease that day AND made it to work on time. It was the greatest moment of customer service I had ever experienced. I was floored at how willing they were to do everything they could to work with me.
