We appreciated the storage unit and the rest of the staff, but the lady that checked us in I guess didn't think of her offensive negativity toward our home town team. Then she rattled off the rules so fast neither my husband nor I understood a word she said. All in all, everything else went well.

Each time I went inside the business, the employees were very courteous and helpful.

Incredible staff - service oriented, and truly care about how my day was going!!! Those ladies at StorPlace in BG, KY are amazing!!!!

The manager was extremely helpful. I think the price per month is high, if it was not so close I would look for a lower price.

Nikki at the front desk was exceptional. She was helpful. She described every detail about the contract, snd she did it in a quick, professional way. Absolutely give that young lady a raise. The only thing I wish was different, the indoor units, I wish the double doors could be propped open or someway were wider.

I walked in and they were extremely helpful from the start. I even needed to change to a smaller unit the next day.....no problem. I highly recomend StorPlace of Bellevue!

Great facilty but definitely on the very top end of the price spectrum.
