StorPlace Self StorageReviews of storplaceselfstorage.com

The staff makes the process really simple and it's some of the cheapest storage units that I've found in town.

Very great clean and secure

The staff at the Franklin location was courteous and helpful when I was moving in. The facility I moved into is brand new and the security is much better than my previous facility.

Lori was very efficient and helpful in getting us set up with the correct sized unit. Thanks Lori

I just rented a space 2 weeks ago. The facilities are clean and the staff member that checked me in was nice. I have one suggestion and one complaint. First they could use two staff memebers on duty as this poor guy was very busy. Second I was given a discount rate because there were so many open units in the size I wanted ( that part is not a gripe) then a week later I got a letter in the mail that after 4 months the price is going up significantly. That should of been disclosed to me upon renting the unit. But overall I am happy with this place.

The complete facility is very clean and desirable. Julian was efficient and courteous making the paperwork go smoothly.. we were glad to have chosen StorPlace.

Excellent service, affordable, clean storage units!

Mostly good but was confused. It is my problem that the Dumpster was full and locked. Really? Get a bigger one.
