Derek helped me out so much. He resolved my issue quickly showing me that the tablet is an extended monitor. Well, the costumer has been pretty helpful during my recently dilemma. I've purchase a Kamvas 13 on Amazon and unfortunately it hasn't been working. I've contacted the costumer support and they've been really helpful. They've provided many solutions to fix this problem and they were with me till the end. I'm satisfied with their service. They're patient and understanding, so I consider this a good experience.

I got my Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus recently and was displeased with the quality. It had some ghosting issues and I wanted to get an upgrade to the Kamvas Pro 19 to fix it. I got on the phone with customer support and met Derek. Derek was very pleasant to work with. He was very quick to provide instructions through email and text. He even gave me the tracking number once I followed the return instructions to make sure I got the new model. It arrived a week or so later, sooner than expected. I was very pleased with the quality and am happy to say that Derek deserves a raise for how proactive he was. Seriously.
