Great customer service
Very good experience, parking was ready,was spacious and secure. Exceeded my expectations.

Strained Rental
Rented a storage unit at Storage King on a bad day. Facility had telephone/electrical failure and personnel issues. Took a long time to be assisted, individual helping apologized that he "doesn't do this" and "he's from corporate". Our encounter was interrupted on two occasions to assist other customers who would "just take a second". I was shown 3 units, two of which were filthy and weren't fit to rent in their current condition. I had visited the site previously and was helped by the regular property manager (Kayla), who had a much better demeanor and command of the proprerty. It was a bad day for all involved.

Very helpful and met my expectations.
She was extremely helpful and I appreciated the time she took with me. I thought the price could have been better, but her customer service skills made the difference and helped me make a decision.

Rude staff
Rude staff each person gives you different prices, they wanna sell you the most expensive units, they dont honor online pricing ,come up with excuses, the elevators are super slow and the lighting is horrible

Excellent
This is the perfect place for my needs. The customer service couldn't be any better -- made my move so much easier. I think this is the best storage facility in the Chattanooga area. I needed a climate-controlled unit and Storage King has them. Most other places I looked at had only outdoor units.

Best Place in Miami to keep your belongings safe!
Storage King USA is by far the best company I have ever done business with for my family's storage needs. Juan, is by far OUTSTANDING! This man continues to go above and beyond the call of customer service. The management here will work with you on every level.
