We've never had storage before so I was unsure of leaving our belongings but Lorie reassured us our stuff was safe. We love her!

I found the staff to be professional, thorough and trustworthy. The business and units were clean and in tip-top shape.

We needed storage unexpectedly in short notice. Company was expedient in meeting our immediate needs and the staff was very helpful. However, the accounting records were not accurate. When we rented unit , it came with a free 2nd month. However, before the 1st month ended , they were already contacting me for payment for the 2nd month. They also added charges at that time, that were paid at the initial signing. I was told the bill was corrected. However , I received a second bill, which had not been corrected. I called to let them know the unit was vacated. They told me they'd email me the form to cancel and I didn't receive one, so had to make a 2nd contact for that as well. It seems that records are not kept well and follow through on customer service is unsatisfactory or timely with regards to account records. Units were clean and service on site was a good experience.

Trisha was extremely professional and courteous. The facilities is very secure, clean, and the appearance is nice. Price is better than their competitors.

I was treated unfairly. I was told for three days that I had 24hr acess . I informed the office I could only move at night, that my husband worked and my son was in school and that left me with no daytime vehicle. I had to wait and be told a lie each day about the gate. Finally after all was done they tried to give me a 20$ credit for the next month that I didn't need. I was wondering why not refund me $20 no no it was to late for a discount on the present amount. So I was shifted in my time of need. I had to b out of one place and into another, within 4days I ended up offset for two weeks.
