Storage King USAReviews of storagekingusa.com

This facility is safe and secure and affordable. Employee is super helpful, friendly and professional. We feel great about this.

fast and efficient service upon arrival to rent reserved space.

The facility in Tallahassee Fl is very nice. Clean. This is my second time renting at this facility and they did their best to get the best deal possible for me and the short period if time that I would need it. I would recommend this place.

I chose this place because of its price and proximity to the location I was moving my stuff from. Its little run down (well the roof above my storage unit had evidence of a leak and there was stained plastic over a section of the unit's chicken fence ceiling) so I hope my items don't get water damaged while there. Hopefully you go there when its not busy as there was only one flat bed cart to transport your items to the second floor. A first floor unit would be ideal. Oh and get there by 3 on a Sat (this location closes at 4) we arrived at 3:15 to finish storing our last load and my entry code did not give me access to open the gate so I called into the office (where the girl was watching me from the office window unsuccessfully input my passcode several times) and she told me over the phone "Your pass code won't work because we close at 4" she did come out and give us access using her own code but it seems you have to get in an hour before closing.

Jennette-Was awesome!! She made the whole process so easy. She was very professional. I would highly recommend Storage King USA.

Without issue

Don was very helpful and I would gladly recommend his storage company over his competitors.
