Great service and clean area

I made my reservation on line and when I went there, the unit was ready. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I had no issues at all. This was one of the smoothest moves I've ever made. If I had to complain about something, it would be that they were busy because they take their time with each customer to ensure satisfaction.

I rented a 2nd unit- have had the first unit for over three years. Friendly atmosphere, safe environment and clean storage areas. The only thing I wish they would do is give repeat customers some form of discount. Maybe for customers who pay on time for one year, or have multiple unit discounts.

I had a catastrophic illness which left me unableto work...lost my home...I chose skusa in Hixson TN because of the climate control...I have begun to empty my unit after 17mos and am finding many, many, manyboxes infiltrated by must and mold. My sons confederate money collection has begun to DISSOLVE! Covered in grey and green powder. Even my oak dining table is covered and the inlay top is warping!! I am so dissapointed!! The staff have always been superior!! But what good are smiling faces and great customer service if after $2000.00+ in rental fees your property is distroyed. This is a Sunday and they are closed but, I stopped moving items and will be there tomorrow to show to staff. Im sure that the heat /ac unit is the problem as it was very hot in there, doors propped open and humidity in the 80s outside..

The man I spoke with on the phone was patient, took time to answer my questions, and upon my visit to actually rent the unit He was there and walked me though the facility -clearly explaining everything! YOu should have all employees as friendly, polite, He was just wonderful to deal with!

My storage need was simply for more space. We have more stuff than we have house.. if we sorted through it all I suppose I have a room for the stuff we could get rid of so we didn't have the face to move it around. The 5x5x10 for $26 a month is the best price locally. The process is pretty simple getting and using the storage. Everything was pretty straightforward. This is my second time using self storage ever. Just as with the first time, I find that the unit get more than a little warm. I did not see hear or notice any type of temperature control for that part of the building. As far as pros and cons go that is probably the only con that I could possibly list. Temperatures here in Philly can be pretty hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter so there's that to consider. But again, the experience itself was smooth sailing the whole time is the storage unit serves its purpose well enough for me.
