Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I had climate controlled unit(s) for 2 years- very convenient and clean. prices were raised 50% after first year. Property flooded during Irma-was not notified of problem until I received an email almost a week later which was too late to salvage anything. was told to get out and given 2 weeks to vacate. Found out that the same thing happened in a previous storm about 10 years ago which was not disclosed when I rented. I think they should have taken some remedial action after previous storm flooding was problem -noticed that their onsite office was not affected by flood water??? contract absolves them from any conceivable liability-read before signing!

We are sorry to hear about your experience and your loss. We always work hard to maintain a high level of client service and in this situation our staff spent countless hours making personal phone calls, sending emails and letters to notify every Tenant to come and inspect their property. Unfortunately, any delay in getting in contact with all our Tenants immediately was in part, due to the facility being deemed unsafe to open and our phones being down. We purchased the property in 2014 and Irma was the first storm where we experienced flooding. We are proud of all the hours, hard work and effort our staff put into organizing help for our Tenants to vacate their property, which was necessary for the protection and preservation of the property and for public health reasons.

Quick and pleasant experience when …
Quick and pleasant experience when signing up. Helpful suggestions from Raymond Waites the property manager. The facility is clean and air conditioned with plenty of carts available to move materials in and out. Highly recommend this place.
