Great customer service but it was a little irritating to reserve a unit online at one location and have to go to the other location to process

Clean storage facilities; friendly staff! (Moncks Corner, SC)
This is for the Moncks Corner, SC facility. Clean units, friendly staff, good rates. Bring your own lock though as theirs are a little on the high side! Overall highly recommend!!

We went there around 10:30 a.m
We went there around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday 9/30. We paid $193 for a month's storage and waited 2 hours to get into our unit because only the manager was there and he had to check out people leaving a unit as well as take payments. He took 2 hours to open our unit on a day we had to leave the apartment and Storage King closed at 6. A customer complained about the wait and said there are like 700 units and only one person and he responded, there are 900 units. We also needed a van and this location has only 1 van for 900 units. I would not recommend this storage place to anyone

Nick Fitzgerald and Customer Satisfaction
Nick Fitzgerald is one of the nicest, informative and helpful person that I've ever dealt with. This is my 2nd time renting a unit and or RV spot and his customer service skills are second to none. I would definitely recommend Storage King USA to anyone looking to rent a unit, rent a moving truck or just purchasing moving supplies!

I was impressed with the customer service that I rec'd while getting a storage unit @ the facility I was at ease while signing my documents and was shown everything that I needed to know, all questions were answered and I was on my way to move thanks for making it so successful.

Just moved in so i dont have no bad review (Yet) lol
Only thing i dont like is that its not 24hrs. Stuff i have stored is stuff i wont need to get no time soon and if so it will b during they hours. Also on the day i moved in the moving truck that they supposed to let customers use was not in service. Thats a bummer but its coolfor now. The lady in there gave me waters on the day i moved in. I have a first floor level storage
