Excellent service & fast shipping.

I ordered a Stealth Air with custom handle and it was at my house less than a week later. They also gave me advice in the past about how to repair my previous Stealth bag.

Ordered TravelPro 4 it was on backorder they called me to see if I wanted to wait until it came in or get another rollerboard equivalent to the one I ordered. I appreciated that instead of just sending me an email saying it was backordered. Got new one asap. Thanks!

This transaction was very simple and efficient. I received the exact product I order in a timely manner with continuous communication on the process. A+ transaction.

Ordered some replacement wheels for my trusty TravelPro Crew 5 22" carry on. They came quickly and installed in minutes with the supplied parts. Now I can get back on the road.

Almost zero star! The worst mail order store ever, who charged unknown order by a simple error to the order placed by the same family name, send no response to the request for correction. No response even after sending back the wrong order items by my own payment. It is clearly against the law.

Very satisfied customer. Super fast delivery.
