I bought these to replace a shattered wheel from an old Travelpro rolling duffel. I could not refuse the original axel but a machine screw through the included bushings and a couple of nuts had me back in business quickly. The wheel bearings are good and the wheel seems sturdy. I would recommend the wheels as well as shopping with Stop-Over Store

The bag arrived in great condition. The only problem is that, I thought, I had ordered it with the letters SEG to be stitched on. Maybe I messed up the order

NO ONE else sells the Travel PRO wheels without doing the install themselves. I wouldn't have had a problem if they could install it in a timely manner. Bring in the Stop-Over Store. I was able to order over the phone, got a great discount, shipped to the door of my crash pad and was all fixed up in time for my next trip!! I will always do business with them!! Thanks for not being like other stupid businesses and not letting us order parts to our bags so we can fix them in a timely manner!! Great customer service and quality parts!!!

I researched suitcases. Called the Stop-over Store and talked to the sales person. Based on what I told her, she recommended a suitcase that would be tough and fill my needs. I ordered the suitcase and it arrived exactly when she said it would and I was charged exactly what I expected. So everything about the store was good. EXCEPT: I HATE the suitcase. I got the Aurora 22" Expandable and I hate it. There are way too many zippers/pockets and way too little room. However the worst feature is that unless you pack it in a certain way, as soon as you let go, the suitcase falls forward. If you load the back pocket to try to balance it, it will not fit into an overhead bin. Pockets inside the suitcase that should hold things are oriented so that everything falls out when you open the suitcase. It is a bad design. To be fair, the fit and finish of the suitcase is very nice. However after a 7 day trip, I know I made a huge and costly mistake. Try before you buy!
