This exercise helps me to find my "why"…
This exercise helps me to find my "why" in quitting drinking. Rather than just say "I know it's a problem" It makes it concrete. I emailed to myself and will print it out to remind me daily.

Craig is fantastic at his vocation and highly recommended. You need to finish the whole course! Please don't make my mistake, I got to 50 days in and made the big mistake of thinking I had beaten it, hence my second time around. I will succeed this time.

Scam buyer beware
Scam, I too purchased and tried to cancel. When I emailed him I got a message that my email was blocked as spam and could not be delivered. The custom hypnosis was the cookie cutter hypnosis that comes with a membership with my name inserted a few times. You do not get access to the entire program as promised, a message next to the modules and content say coming soon. I had to contact my credit card company because there was no way for me to contact Craig Beck to exercise my cancellation right as he advertised after I got access and saw that it wasn’t worth two payments of $275. I used a second email and then got a message that too was tagged as spam by him. I had a bad feeling after I realized the webinar was recorded and was advertised as live and that my email was tagged as Spam upon emailing the first time to answer the custom hypnosis questions. I then tried an alternate email. That apparently was received but then when I tried to reply using that address it too was blocked as spam. Definitely a scam.

I got used to having a drink every day…
I got used to having a drink every day when I got home from work. It was never just one, like I thought I would have, it was multiple - after I finished the first one, I wanted another, and another. Now, I understand why from watching this video – it is the “kick”. The more I learn, the stronger, I feel. I will not give up!
