I picked a mid point for this experience because it made me look inside myself which I don't like to do. Happiness, what's that? I am going to continue on with the course because I have a gut feeling that this approach just might work.

While I like everything I've heard so far, I can't figure out how to use the program. It won't let me rewind and replay. I also had hard time figuring out day 1 of audio is actually many days (3 -4 hours of audio). I also can't find the pie chart to do my homework. I bought the alcohol lied to me book and it's not in there. It's so difficult to get to also. I have to go into my purchase email to click log on. I wish there was a direct app or link. Maybe I need help.

Was wavering between a 3 and 4 star review, since overall it’s a good program but there are some elements of the experience that made me feel like Craig was a salesperson. I am not suggesting that he does not care about the success of his clients, since I do think he cares and is engaged. Pros: 1. Program was clear, easy to understand and relatable 2. Program was easy to navigate through. 3. Program was well thought out and appeared to have strong around of research and logic embedded into the theory 4. Program provided guidance on how to navigate the avoiding of alcohol, managing your social groups and methods to fight the urge. 5. Program allows for a network of like-minded individuals to participate and discuss with each other. Cons: 1. On day 3 and consistently thereafter you are being asked to do a favor and write a review. Although I am not opposed to writing reviews, I feel that being asked to write a review after day 3 is misleading. This is like being asked to write a restaurant review after you have only just sat down at the table and read the menu on what to expect to eat. I understand the importance of user reviews, but I do not appreciate the push so early on in the program. 2. For me personally (and others may disagree), days 10-12 were not incredibly value added to me. I listened with an open mind, but felt like the foundation and substance of the program was really set in days 1-9. Day 11 felt like a sales pitch to me with the recommendation of add-ons to the program. Yet again, this is a personal opinion but others may see value in this. 3. I do agree with other reviews that there are some redundancies between his book and the videos. That being said, I also agree with the mindset that repetition helps information retention. 4. The webinar repeats and you also get a copy of the webinar sent to you. Do not get fooled by the phrase “we cannot repeat this price”. It is not a one-time offer for only 30 minutes. You can access this price if you re-watch the webinar. This limited time offer sales tactic creates the urgency to sign up now rather than take some time to think about it. This could be good/bad depending on customer – but for me I am not fond of this.

So to anyone looking to stop drinking and get out of the habit - definitely recommend this program. It will help you to stop drinking. It's an awesome program and makes total sense and it will just click- u won't want alcohol anymore- as long as u do the work My only reason for taking away two stars is that Craig seems to make too much of a business out of it. For example, in the Facebook coaching group, he only allows success stories and not failure stories. Ur not allowed to post If you drink again. This makes the group less real to me and less of a supportive open coaching group which is how it was advertised when I paid for the program. Also the group sometimes gets a little weird where they worship him in this weird way and thank him for rescuing them ..sorry but I think that individual did a whole lot of work on themselves to get there also. I also gave three stars because I paid a whole lot to receive coaching support from Craig in addition to the program and other than a really great coaching call, the actual support I received was limited. When I emailed him for questions or had a drink, I didn't find the coaching very supportive or compassionate. Anyway again material is great- if u want to quit drinking - this will help you. But I also thought it was important for Craig to receive the above feedback about other parts of the program. To your reply: if you are trying to help as many people- there are other ways to do that than shutting down the people who fall off and not giving them a voice. It's not a pity party. Stop calling it that- it is a terrible way to refer to someone in a painful place and it lacks compassion. Whoever calls it that seems to have forgotten the pain of being in that horrible place. Frankly, stop drinking expert, you seem to have forgotten. I'm.just trying to say there are better ways to express what you are trying to do here. Calling it a pity party and shutting that people down is not the way.

Over the years I have discovered that people who throw a pity party when they fall off the wagon trigger a chain reaction in other members. It's not about it being a business, it's about trying help as many people as possible.

I paid over $700.00 for the Stop Drinking Expert Course. Yes, all his books are included but I didn't want all his books-only those pertaining to alcohol reduction. I noticed that others paid far less through Amazon and other sites. As I began to use the site I encountered some technical glitches that could have easily been improved such as barely audible videos, difficult to download books and not being able to redo Alcohol Lied to Me. It was irksome that the videos had to be played through to the end; no pausing allowed! It was surprising to me that much of the content was exactly like the YouTube videos I had already viewed which is what motivated me to pay for Craig Beck's course. Additionally, I was very disappointed that the content was doled out over a rather long period of time as opposed to daily episodes and homework. What was one to do on days/weeks with no content? I went to other sites that were free for 30 days and found them to be more in depth, better organized and more science based. There is a customer support number and they do answer. Two out of the three times I called they said someone would get back to me; no one ever did. To his credit, Craig Beck's ideas are fresh and different from most everything else out there. Although he is quite redundant he says this is to reinforce the concepts. Personally, I would utilize his abundant library on YouTube as opposed to paying for any online content.
