So far so good. Just completed Day 2 and although I know I still have a LONG way to go, I'm feeling inspired and positive about the program and the next steps.

The content and approach is outstanding. I've read many a book around this subject but being encouraged to interact and take some small actions each day (even if it is only a reflection) feels like it will help to make it stick.

A True Life Changer.
Craig Beck's book "Alcohol Lied To Me" has proven to be truly beneficial in my 50 year battle to overcome alcohol addiction. If you have the same problem and nothing else has worked for you, I strongly recommend that you acquire a copy of this book and diligently read it. It could be a major life changer for you too.

If I had known I wouldn't have paid
A lot of people seem to like this course. I don't know why. There is very little in it that I have heard from other courses that cost far less. Oh, and don't think you'll get your money back if you're not happy. Craig's technique is to ignore you. It shows his integrity and how much he cares. I would strongly advise you to stay away unless you are comfortable knowing the refund offer is nonexsistant. I completed the course which was a requirement for the refund and I made the refund application before the deadline. What's your reason for not replying Craig? Are you a man of your word?

I have just started the course. So far everything Craig has said I can 100% relate to. It is almost like he has known me for ages. I feel confident in this course making a difference to my life.

The course is really brilliant
The course is really brilliant. The commonsense approach to gaining sobriety was absolutely refreshing and value for money. Unlike AA that appears to create an unhealthy dependence on having to come back for a lifetime! - assuming you gain sobriety- this course, you show up, do the work, rewire your brain and get on with life. A new life practice as opposed to a life sentence. I cannot think of a single course that can give you this, at your own pace without needing to go to expensive rehab etc. It was a miracle that I stumbled on to it in the first place. Doctors should be made aware of it as a viable option. 5 stars to you Craig and your team. It delivered its promise!

Craig Beck makes sense of it all. Alcohol is a horrible addiction. Attractively packaged poison with no benefits.
