We had ordered a replacement printer for the one that stopped working. Hoping to use the many ink cartridges we had for the printer. It arrived quickly as promised. The box was wrapped with tape all over saying FRAGILE. Upon opening the box and digging through tons of bubble wrap. Found the screen on the copier had been broken. I determined that UPS like dropped the box or was rough during handling. I emailed photos to Stock4less and within hours I had a reply. UPS arrived a day later to take the printer. Even though UPS denied the claim. Sadly we badly needed a printer and had to over pay for a newer model from a big box store. Thankfully Stock4less reimbursed our payment. Great communication and service. Happy to use them again on our next purchase.

I ordered an Apple iPad mini for Christmas and expected delivery date was 24th, but I got it 1 day after my order was placed. They shipped my order priority. Thanks guys and happy holidays

I ordered the item and paid with paypal. The item was around $53 yet when I received my paypal confirmation it stayed my account was charged $72. The item was a gift for my wife so I paid from my personal bank account through my paypal account that I keep limited funds in so I was worried about other transactions clearing and getting an overdraft fee. Tried calling stock less and and couldn't get through. Called paypal and they stated that $20 had been refunded to my account. Upon checking my email it showed I had been charged shipping even though it stated that the item had free shipping but they refunded the shipping to my paypal account. The refund did not return to my paypal account for 5 days however that did not help risking overdraft from my bank account so I had to transfer money from another account which alerted my wife. I did not receive any tracking info on the item and what would normally take 1 to 2 days going from Southern California to Phoenix Arizona took 8 days to arrive. I am disappointed in the transaction and shipping however the item was nice and reasonably priced.
