Purchased a laptop as a Christmas Present for a child. Mid December the order was placed. First the item wasn't picked up for delivery , waited 7 days to to get the status of the shipment, got it a week before Christmas and they sent me the wrong charger cord. I contacted them and was informed I could order one from eBay., and they would reimburse me the cost, Unfortunately I couldn't get the one they suggested ,on time for Christmas and had to order it from amazon which was more money. I have contacted them 3 times regarding my reimbursement and I have not once had my emails acknowledged. I am very disappointed with their no approach to contact me..

I ordered a MacBook on Black Friday for my daughter. I called on the following Monday to speak with a live person and confirm my order. No one answered so I left a message on their voicemail, did not receive a call back so called again on Tuesday. I spoke with an agent who was able to confirm my order and assured me I would get an email notification once my order shipped. I never received an email confirmation, I had to check my account/order online to get my tracking information. Computer arrived (quickly, which was nice) however the charger was thrown into the bottom of the box haphazardly and was covered with some sort of black dirt. I cleaned the charger and got it white again only to notice a piece was broken. No big deal, should still charge however it wasn’t even the right charger. I called customer service immediately and was told to send pics (which I did) and they would ship the correct one immediately (scheduled to arrive tomorrow). I went ahead and ordered a charger which arrived yesterday because we wanted to make sure the computer worked, which it does. It was a great deal (cost and fast shipping) however I will not order from them again based on my experience coupled with reviews I’ve read of customers who have had similar experiences.

I ordered the item and paid with paypal. The item was around $53 yet when I received my paypal confirmation it stayed my account was charged $72. The item was a gift for my wife so I paid from my personal bank account through my paypal account that I keep limited funds in so I was worried about other transactions clearing and getting an overdraft fee. Tried calling stock less and and couldn't get through. Called paypal and they stated that $20 had been refunded to my account. Upon checking my email it showed I had been charged shipping even though it stated that the item had free shipping but they refunded the shipping to my paypal account. The refund did not return to my paypal account for 5 days however that did not help risking overdraft from my bank account so I had to transfer money from another account which alerted my wife. I did not receive any tracking info on the item and what would normally take 1 to 2 days going from Southern California to Phoenix Arizona took 8 days to arrive. I am disappointed in the transaction and shipping however the item was nice and reasonably priced.
