From what I see, DHL picked up and item never moved. Customer service was responding to you but you kept using F word on the messages and we simply agreed to issue a refund. You have your money back and you can go shop elsewhere.

I ordered a Dometic SeaLand pump on…
I ordered a Dometic SeaLand pump on April 7th, with a stated delivery window of 4–6 business days via DHL Express. The item arrived nearly four weeks later — too late to be of any use, as I had already been forced to purchase a replacement from another supplier.
The timeline speaks for itself: a fake DHL shipping notification was sent on April 13th, despite the product never having left the manufacturer. Over the following weeks, I received four separate promises of imminent dispatch, each of which passed without result. The reason given — supplier issues — may well be genuine, but the way it was handled was not: customers were not proactively informed, deadlines were missed without notice, and I only learned of each new delay by chasing the company myself.
To their credit, responses were always polite and Paul at customer service was communicative. They also offered a refund at one point without requiring a chargeback, which I acknowledge. But goodwill does not compensate for receiving a product three weeks late with no proactive communication, no realistic delivery date at any stage, and a shipping notification that was effectively misleading.
If you need a product by a specific date — particularly for a boat or any operational equipment — I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The 4–6 day delivery promise on their website does not appear to reflect reality when supply chain issues arise, and there is no contingency or customer communication process in place when things go wrong.
Thank you for your reply, but several points require clarification, as they do not accurately reflect what took place.
1. Daily communication with confirmed delivery dates: This is not correct. I was never proactively informed of delays — I had to chase you each time. More importantly, no confirmed delivery date was ever provided at any stage. Each communication contained a new estimate, none of which was met.
2. Item shipped "as promised": The original promise was 4–6 business days from April 7th. The item shipped on April 29th — three weeks late. A tracking number issued on April 13th showed zero DHL movement for two weeks, because the product had not left the manufacturer. That is documented fact.
3. The refund-or-ship offer — without waiting for my answer: On April 28th, you informed me that the item had finally arrived at your facility and offered me a choice: a full refund, or proceed with shipment. That was a fair offer. However, you did not wait for my response. I was travelling and by the time I was able to reply, the item had already been dispatched. Presenting a choice and then acting unilaterally before the customer responds is not a genuine offer — it is a formality.
4. The discount offer: A discount on a future purchase is not a remedy for a critical delivery failure. I needed the pump for operational reasons. After three weeks of waiting, I had no choice but to buy it elsewhere.
5. The return option: You mentioned I could return the item for a refund — but omitted that the return shipping cost is $56, which you expect the customer to bear, despite the failure being entirely on your side.
The core issue remains simple: the product was not delivered within the advertised timeframe, I was not kept informed, and when it finally arrived I no longer needed it. Everything above is documented in writing.
UPDATE
I will respond to each point you have raised, factually and with documentation.
"You had the chance to choose a refund before dispatch."
On April 28th at 7:27 PM PST, you sent a message offering me a choice between a refund or shipment. By April 29th at 10:29 AM PST — less than 15 hours later, while I was travelling — you had already dispatched the item and sent photos confirming shipment. You did not wait for my response. Blaming a customer for failing to reply to an ultimatum within hours, across time zones, is not a reasonable standard of service.
"We communicated with you every day with updates."
The documented timeline tells a different story. A DHL tracking number was issued on April 13th. That same tracking number showed zero movement for two weeks because the item had never left the manufacturer. I was not informed of this proactively — I had to follow up repeatedly to understand why there was no movement. At no point was a firm, confirmed delivery date provided.
"$56 return cost — you're making that up."
The order invoice shows the following breakdown, which I am happy to make public:
Product: €313.95 (~$337)
Shipping: €51.95 (~$56)
Duties: €6.22
Taxes: €78.15
Total paid: €450.27 (~$484)
The shipping cost on the original order was €51.95 — approximately $56 at current exchange rates.
It is entirely reasonable to expect a return shipment to cost a similar amount, and entirely unreasonable to expect the customer to absorb the cos

I'm quite surprised at this review, knowing that we were communicating with you daily explaining that the shipment delay from the manufacturer was taking longer than usual and we confirmed when item was going to be delivered. We even offered to give you a discount on your next purchase due to the delay.
You had the tracking number which is DHL 3892232396 and item was shipped as promised on the date stated and we even sent you photos of the serial before shipping.
UPDATE: Your one experience doesn't speak for thousands of customers receiving their European orders on time. This was a one time issue which was communicated to you and you had the chance to choose to get a refund before the product got dispatched. We communicated with you every day assuring you the item was going to be delivered and gave you updates.
I'm not sure where you find return cost you're making up of $56. Not a single message from our company stated that.
Please stop adding false information here and be professional and honest that you got assistance and it was your fault that item shipped because of your lack of response after we confirmed it arrived and was being dispatched.
We take ownership of the delays from the vendor and that's why we offered a discount.

Terrible company
Terrible company! I ordered a chromebook and after not seeing tracking info, i contacted FedEx. FedEx advised after 8 days, they advised stock4less had not dropped my item off for shipping. After not receiving my chromebook after 15 days, i ordered same chromebook for same price from Amazon and it was delivered 2 days later. After 22 days, i finally received the chromebook from Stoke4less. I never opened package and shipped it back to them for a refund. They refunded me, but said they were deducting a percentage from my original price, because the chromebook was not returned in its original package, which is a total lie! i made a complaint with Ebay explaining my process and within 10 minutes, ebay advised they were giving me a comlete refund. If you still decide to purchase from this company, you were warned!

We’re sorry to see this review, but the information presented here is not accurate.
Your order was shipped promptly, and the delay you experienced was caused by the severe winter storms that impacted all major carriers nationwide, including FedEx. Once a package is in transit, no shipper, us or any other retailer has control over weather related delays. FedEx publicly announced service disruptions during this period, and many customers across the country experienced the same issue.
A few important clarifications:
- FedEx did receive your package. The delay was due to weather conditions, not because we failed to drop it off.
- You received the Chromebook within the carrier’s adjusted delivery window once FedEx resumed normal operations.
- You chose to purchase another unit from Amazon during the weather delay, which is completely your choice, but it does not mean our shipment was mishandled.
- When the item was returned to us, it did not arrive in the same condition or packaging in which it was originally shipped. Per our clearly stated return policy, a restocking deduction applies in those cases.
- eBay’s decision to issue you a courtesy refund does not mean our policies were incorrect, it simply means eBay chose to absorb the cost on their end.
We always stand behind our service, and we process thousands of orders without issue. Weather delays are outside any seller’s control, and the claims made in this review do not reflect what actually occurred

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost.
Unable to provide delivery on time, waited over a month and half to get the missing item and once delivered it was not even the right size.
This website and employees are a scam, joke, whatever you want to call it. Do not buy there.

Scammed me for $1400
I paid $1400 for a 24-Inch iMac thru stock4less.com and the merchant attempted to scam me by sending a small box with nothing but documents in it. The delivery picture provided by UPS shows a small documents package that couldn't even fit a keyboard, the merchant claims this box contained a 24-inch iMac computer. This package was returned to sender. Upon contacting stock4less, I talked to head of customer service Paul, who was very aggressive and unreasonable. Paul declined to issue a refund and forced me to dispute the transaction with Affirm. The response Stock4less sent to Affirm claimed that I "had the UPS driver photograph a small box" and insisted I was trying to deceive them with no evidence whatsoever 🤦♂️. Its been 3 months since I ordered from Stock4less.com, I haven't received the computer or a refund, now I have to escalate this with the California Attorney General to try and get my money back from this scam. Do not shop here.

Hello Sebastian,
I think it would be good to tell the honest truth rather than making false claims.
You bought a 24 inch iMac, it was shipped from our vendor and tracking shows delivered (UPS tracking: 1ZB797G54222003701)
3 weeks after item was delivered, customer apparently returns an empty box with only documents inside, and then claims he never got the item.
If you never got the item, why wait 3 weeks to send back the item. Why did you never contact us to start a UPS claim right there, when item was delivered?
You started a claim with affirm; we provided our document and they sided with us and you're unhappy with their decision.
All we know is that, you received what you paid for. If there was any issues, contact UPS, provide evidence and we're happy to assist.

Ordered a Motorola phone through Walmart and they supplied the phone.
Ordered a Motorola phone through walmert.com and they were the supplier. First of all the phone that came was 3 years older then the one I ordered. It was locked and not unlocked like stated. Sent back and had to fight them and Walmart for 3 months to get a refund.
Lots of wasted time and energy! Stay away!!

As you mentioned order was placed through Walmart, so you can't blame a seller if you couldn't start a return request on Walmart and Walmart didn't give any options available to refund. We don't control Walmart

I ordered an item 9 days ago
I ordered an item 9 days ago. UPS says they haven’t received the item yet. When I go to this company’s website it shows me “access denied”. I need to know where my item is.
Response from Stock4less.comMar 17, 2025
We see you received your order on time but because the website was down due to server error, you got panicked and left us this feedback. It would be nice of you to now remove it knowing that you got your item delivered on time.

If you claim there was no strike in Canada, do a simple search yourself on Google and you'll see there was a Post Office Strike that caused delays and issues to many businesses. No need to ask your friends, just do a search on Google for the news.
