Hello, so basically you got a more expensive model but you're upset about it? If the warehouse made an error and shipped the wrong model to you; you could have told us and we would be happy to exchange the unit. In regards to shipping, that's our fault we didn't notice the next day and we'll be glad to issue the partial refund for it.

Due to high credit card fraud rate, customers order needed to be verified before shipping. Customer paid for express shipping for an imac which was going to take a couple of days to arrive and later paid additional for 3 days shipping. Stock4Less went a step extra to provide him with a UPS 2 day shipping, the value was an extra $85 which we didn't charge you for.
