I bought a refurbished iMac from them and was skeptical at first since it arrived and stopped working after 30 minutes. These things can happen though as refurbished products don't always like to work right. So I got in contact with Customer Service (Betty!) and they had me ship it back and they sent me another one which works perfectly. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because shipping took foreverrrrr. I'd still buy from this company again in a heartbeat for their customer service and determination to satisfy the customer.

If you don't have any carrying products we may return it and get one that has that product!! I read quite a few details of other monitors and they have cases so I assumed that a product to protect it came with all of them! Thank you!

I ordered an apple iMac 20". I have to say, shipping was fast and the computer itself works great. The only down side to my purchase: the computer monitor is completely scratched up. Not like a small scratch, but 3 BIG deep scratches. Aside from that, I am satisfied with the quality.

Its real value for money. The service is economical but the quality has not been sacrified
