Poor service, incompetent staff, the check takes forever to complete
Employment background check is now taking over 5 weeks. Followed it up a number of times - the staff is absolutely incompetent and doubt understand or can speak English….I had a great difficulty understanding what they are saying to me and make any sense of it. User interface is horrible and the way the site operates raises a lot of concerns about its security. Received a few emails from Sterling, which went to spam and I didn’t open even when I noticed them as they looked like spam. To date, the status is still pending and now the company HR is following it up.
