Sterling, A First Advantage CompanyReviews of sterlingcheck.com

She was professional and she got everything done fast

Customer service representative was great . She was helpful and answered all my questions.

The agent that answered my call was very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, in a very professional manner. She even gave me her sincere condolences for the loss of my father, which was very nice of her.

Tejasvini Thakur was very responsive, patient and professional. I felt very supported during my onboarding process. All of my questions were answered in a helpful and courteous manner.

My visit to Sterling was a "walk-in". Instructions were clearly outlined so it was easy to register. There were chairs and water in the waiting room. I was called and attended to in a prompt manner and was asked by the person at the desk if I needed a drink of water and offered a cup, The attending person for my test was warm, friendly, and explained what was required of me in a professional manner. In my opinion, everything was well covered so there is nothing that I can think of that you can improve on.

EVERYTHING WAS SIMPLE. YOU GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS
