It pains me to give them even ONE star.
It pains me to give them even ONE star. If one takes a medication for a legitimate medical condition (with a legal Rx from their Physician) clearly YOU KNOW you're going to test positive for XXXXXXXXX -- before you ever take the FREAKIN' blood test! So this should be a simple matter to resolve, correct? IT IS NOT WITH STERLING! Their website interface/portal is poorly designed (I know because I create websites) and an applicant/prospective employee has ABSOLUTELY NO ABILITY to upload DOCUMENTS securely and privately to them. There is NO MESSAGE feature or other way to send information to them. This should be a standard feature for ANY COMPANY dealing with HIPAA privacy matters. Their MRO department will CLAIM they tried to contact you, but if you research EVERY MISSED CALL on your phone from the time you took your blood test to the time they posted your reports, you will find THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED to contact you via PHONE, EMAIL or even their own Web Portal. Leaving a message in one's voicemail would have been a nice gesture by their MRO Department, but apparently that's too much trouble for Sterling. Apparently you CAN CALL them and get some results AFTER THE FACT, but PHONE CALLS do not leave a paper trail and are an inefficient means to exchange information. Email is not secure so that leaves us with their "https://" "secure" website as the best means of privacy related communication. Too bad that method is a ONE WAY STREET when it comes to Sterling Talent. Fortunately and personally I don't care about privacy regarding this particular medical condition, but there are those who do. UNFORTUNATELY this whole FIASCO has lost me at least a week (perhaps more?) with my new employer's hiring process which one could theoretically translate into a REAL DOLLAR VALUE based upon a given wage rate and hours. Reading the reviews here, this company looks like "low hanging fruit" for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on behalf of the posters herein. Where's a good Lawyer when you need one? Disclaimer: No my LG WebOS TV did not write this review but it has it's own Email address and I used it to remain anonymous.
