Sterling rep who helped me was very good. I was able to solve my problem after speaking with James, who was graciously going to call me back, as I had to leave before we had solved my issue. I missed his return call so please apologize to him for me if able.

Atrocious company. Repeatedly asked for information I already sent. I called twice and both times they demanded I send in fingerprints, (which costs money in Canada). This is for a minimum wage job BTW. I told them I would not send in fingerprints and there is no reason they should need them. The woman I called refused to put me through to a supervisor until I got angrier and angrier and asked at least 10 times. I don't even want this job anymore due to the flaming hoops I have to jump through for a MINIMUM WAGE job. I will never work for a company that uses Sterling. They are almost certainly using offshore call centers since I keep getting Indian accents when I call in. Each person was hard to understand and the connection was awful.

I received a call asking for verification on a past employee's employment. I could not understand the person at all. Even when he tried to spell out the last name of the employee using the NATO alpa system I couldn't understand what words he was using. It was so very frustrating. Horrible!! I ended up hanging up and the guy I was so frustrated.
