I provided information to Sterling regarding a wondering charge. This case had been dismissed upon completion of my probation. They had a signed paper from the PO stating that the case had been dismissed. They still sent a check that had not been updated and it cost me a job with a law firm. They then sent to amended background, not worthy!

I was greeted with friendly, prompt service. In and out in no time. One issue was the protocol dealing with drug association. I understand some of this precaution but in some instances profiling should come into play. eg. I am a 79 year old male.
