Great customer support
Good Afternoon: I spoke with Marcio this afternoon regarding a couple of issues. Please note that Marcio was calm, patient, extremely helpful. Even when we had to wait for my computer to move, and my cell phone connection was not the best at times. Please hold Marcio up as an example of GREAT customer service. He fixed an issue with our set up, which the last support helper only fixed part way, which caused the confusion I had and resulted in needed assistance today. He was very easy to understand as English is probably not his first language. THANK YOU MARCIO. If I ever need support again, I hope I get Marcio. Sincerely, Elizabeth
