Each section is given a certain time limit before the site logs you out and worse, it doesn't "save" those items on the section you were working on. Beyond that, the process was fine. Your Support (via phone) was extremely helpful with the questions I had; she was excellent.

Sterling was awesome.

I was required by my job to submit information needed for a background check but was having some trouble submitting the information. The representative walked me through entire process step by step and solved my problem with ease. They really did know the process which made solving my problem even easier. They were patient and informative throughout the entire process and am very thankful for that. I do not remember their name which is a shame, but thank you Sterling for providing such excellent customer service.

While using the website it was a bit clunky and crashed once. The session also timed out at one point. I was asked to input my information twice which was fairly annoying. On top of all of that, received an additional email asking for my employment history for verification, which, I had in fact input twice already. At the time of writing this review, the background check status is still pending. I imagine my employer chose Sterling for the ease and expeditious nature of their background check services but I have found the process to be neither easy nor expeditious.

I had an issue with web page clearing data as I submitted it. After 3 try’s I called the help line. I was of course s bit frustrated , compeating these documents is vital to my employment . The call was not what I expected . Much to my surprise the experience was easy and very helpful . The agent was professional , polite and patient . She guided me through the issue I was experiencing and hung in until completion of the form . Great job !

The Sterling rep who helped me was great. They were able to answer my questions quickly and effectively.
