I could not understand the consultant
I could not understand the consultant, her accent was so strong that I had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. Also, she was unable to help me with a simple how to question (view a archived report) took her more than 15 minutes and she had to tell me that she would research and call me back. She called me back in about 10 minutes with the information I needed. I would like for Sterling have consultants that speak excellent english so I can understand them and that our knowledgable about your system so they can help me navigate what I need quickly. Today's experience do not meet my expectations.

I had two issues (both on my end) one…
I had two issues (both on my end) one was due to lack of understanding on my part and the rep, della, was fantastic and followed up with me. Second issue I needed to change an appointment and the rep that helped me made it very easy for me.

Support Great; Background Checking needs work
Support: Mixed results with getting help from representatives, but one was so helpful that it overrode all other calls. Was understanding, empathetic towards my situation, knew my company's operations, and was able to reassure me accordingly. Background: I wish background checks were run in a slightly different manner. It took about 12 hours/[<1 business day] for the group to decide that the contacts I gave them were "unreachable", suddenly putting a large burden of proof on me. Recommend collecting any/all proof of previous employment available before you start the process.

Great Customer Service...
The site was down and I was unable to access the site via pick or copy and paste to the browser. I called Sterling and Mark was very polite and professional as he assisted me with getting access to enter my information to processed. Mark very quickly sent out a new email for me to access the site. I would recommend Sterling for others to use. Thanks
