I’m old don’t have a Lotta knowledge of computers plus trying to work off of cell phone because I have no computer was very frustrating after 8 to 12 attempts with failures I finally got a hold of you people the lady that helped me was extremely helpful and polite I know she was frustrated with me as I was frustrated with this process however she stayed on the line over 45 minutes walking me through steps creating passwords and trying to get past everything And then she hung up and check back on me twice every 15 to 20 minutes until I was done she was extremely helpful and polite companies need more people like her

I think the company is a good company to work for and I like working with my co-workers. They believe in team work and that is what I like to work as a team. All the customer service representatives I had spoken to was very helpful and very professional.

Not only could I barely understand the customer service representative, he could barely understand me and there was always a huge pause in between questions and replies. He was not able to assist me with anything I needed answers to or more information about and I ended up hanging the phone up. Very aggravating

I was very tired and frustrated when I called in initially. Had to call back again because nothing that was suggested resolved my issues. Several calls, emails, and attempts later, I finally resolved the issue I was having because the testing site could not be reached by phone. I ended up just taking a risk and going there without an appointment. Sterling did at least follow up. That's more than others do when a client or customer is having an issue. Hopefully they ask for additional information (if needed) to complete a FAIR and accurate background check. Unlike another reviewer who was apparently cheated out of a job opportunity. Integrity and fairness are high on my list of values.

Nikki helped me get through a part of background check I was doing for Burlington Coat Factory locates in BRONX NY I was having trouble staying it couldn’t be submitted. She checked it out and it got submitted!!!!! Thank you so much Nikki and sterling you guys rock and are very helpful!!!!!
