ACCOUNT FROZE FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS Now i been in contact with the team for 2 weeks and they are still review my account. Witch i have my founds in ... they keep my account on froze after i send the documents 2 weeks a go... No answer no update until today... I need to use my founds they don't care

This company didn't even recognize employment contract from a small company for individual contractor. They only recognize permanent employment letter, ROE or T4. How a contractor prove their work experience? They don't recognize an e-transfer payment from an employor with company name but a paper pay stub? Why so rigid???

The ladies at Sterling was fantastic they work though my hiccups at the center. My first day I couldn't pee enough 🤣🤦🏾♀️but they kept giving me water. When I did have to go 45mins later but was just under the line they said I could still wait and drink more water,No thank you. The next day I came in without my driver's license they remembered me and was very understanding and polite. When I got back I only waited a couple minutes. They were all smiles and fantastic attitudes. Great job ladies 💜👍🏾

I really appreciate their Client Services Rep. Marvin Madara. We were having a hard time with Employment verification. I had in the past worked for several companies that are now out of business making verification difficult. After a conversation with Marvin he and Sterling were able to make the verifications needed. I appreciate Sterling's and Marvin's help and great attitude to get this resolved.
