This company is a bunch of retars! They call a reference and dont state who they are and start asking questions about you. They arent smart enough to use your maiden name on a high school check so it comes back no history of you ever being there. They send emails upon emails asking for copies of things when in fact you have already sent them days ago and they were too dumb to check the emails you send them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WORTHLESS AND LAZY BUSINESS!!!!

For all of you who have given this company a 3 star or better rating, you all are crazy!!! I have been waiting over a week for my backround check to come back so i can start work with this pandemic and i still havent received it. I called sterling and was told it would be 3 more days until its done. People pay to have backround checks done, so that theyre done fast and people arent left in the wind jobless waiting on the results. Sterling truly is a horrible backround company. Funny another company ran a backround check on me and it took 3 days max!!!!! Will not recommend sterling ever to anyone. If a future employment opportunity arises yet they use sterling i will not be working there, period!!!
