I had created a sterling account in order to do uber eats delivery. I went through the process and sent my documents for my details to be wrong completely when arrived at the post office. Since then, I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to numerous email addresses and numbers and I have no idea what is happening. They don't reply, they ignore you and pretty much make you feel as if you've never sent anything to them in the first place which is scary because they ask for some serious documents. And yes don't believe the 5 star reviews, definitely fake, read the 1 stars!

I started my insurance in November to do deliveries in a vehicle. I’ve sent these cowboys all the information that they’ve asked for,but not once but twice. Sent email one month ago asking what’s going on! To this date I’ve received nothing back. Uber needs to sacked this company,as not professional. They don’t seem to care that there service is so poor,and costing people making money in these difficult time! 0/10
