Very fast and efficient

This shower contacted me asking to provide them with a reference for an applicant. I need to ask a question regarding their enquiry. On hold for an hour & cut off. Now been on another hour and about to give up due to them wasting my day. I’ve got my own company and there is absolutely no way I’d use this organisation for checking references. Clearly happy to take the shilling from their clients, then providing a basically non existent “service”. Avoid at absolutely all costs Update that ended up being 5 one hour calls. All cut off. So I sent them an email instead & asked them to acknowledge receipt. 10 days later they haven’t. Yet so concerned about this being in the public domain they’ve had time to twice contact Trustpilot & ask for my number & email. I guess if they were more concerned with dealing with their calls & emails they’d have all that information. As a prospective referee I’ve given up to the potential detriment of the applicant. Absolute disgusting Organization
